My Chick came to us with barely a hair at 15 months old. I watched all the other mommies with babies and their ginormous bows and ponytails with envy.<br /><br />Having both a boy and a girl, I have to say I&#39;m equally clueless. Get schooled in all things frilly, learn to braid, understand the difference between a barrette and a beretta...
